Sung-Yoon Kang has been part of Swayne Real Estate group since 2017 and took on a full-time role in the property management division in 2024. With a degree in Economics from UMass Amherst and a professional background spanning banking, the food industry, and entrepreneurship, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every client relationship. Sung-Yoon enjoys working hand-in-hand with investors to help them get the most out of their real estate portfolios, while also guiding first-time homebuyers through one of life’s most exciting milestones. He and his wife live with their three children in West Chester, where they enjoy being part of the community.
