Frank Fendler is a 30-year resident of Chester County, and is married with 3 children and 6 grandchildren.  He did his undergraduate work at Cairn University and graduate work in International Business at Eastern University.  He is well known locally and internationally for his work in facilitating real estate projects both in the for-profit and philanthropic sectors.  

 

He joins The Swayne Real Estate Group at a time when our footprint is expanding in both the residential and commercial marketplaces.  He is looking forward to bringing his entrepreneurial experience and the networks he has developed over the years into our growing presence in a variety of real estate ventures.
